Mrs. Robertson is a native of Clay County, Alabama. She graduated from Lineville High School in 2003. After high school, she continued her education at Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in Business Marketing in 2007. She later went back to school to become a high school marketing teacher. She taught Business Marketing in Talladega County for 3 years before returning to Clay County where she taught an additional 3 years. During this time she also earned her Masters in Education in School Counseling. In January 2014, Mrs. Robertson came to Ashland Elementary as the counselor. Over the next few years she earned a degree in Instructional Leadership and became the principal at Ashland Elementary School in 2020. Mrs. Robertson is dedicated to making school not only a place to learn, but also a place to have fun and build relationships that last a lifetime.
